I disagree with permeation I think it should be at 10 it is worse then manifest because that ability it basically all mental plus physical to be strong enough to do the damage he does but that will take a lot of practice A LOT think about it this way give manifest to random person no knowledge other then watching manifest in action after a few minutes anyone could figure out the basics verses permeation someone will have to COMPLETELY rewire the way they think that takes A LOT
